Green Drinks & GreenLB will host “Green” Wine & Beer Tasting Event

Green Drinks Long Beach and Green Long Beach! are partnering this month to host a “Green” Wine & Beer Tasting event from 5-8pm on Tuesday, June 19th at The Wine Crush (3131 E. Broadway). We will be featuring select Organic/Sustainable Wines & Beers, catered food, local Long Beach Artist displays, and “green” raffle prizes.

Since this is also a fundraising event for Green Long Beach — Wine Crush will be generously donating their patio space for our use, 25% of all tasting proceeds, all food & raffle sales, and $20 donation when anyone who joins their wine club membership!! So help us spread the word and come enjoy some great food, drinks, art, and people!

Q: How does the wine/beer tasting work??
A: Check in at the GreenDrinks LB table and you will receive a raffle ticket (for pre- purchase only) and a ticket for your tasting glass. Take your ticket to the counter, and every taster will receive a wine or beer glass. After that — you will be free to get your tasting pours at the bar at your own pace and leisure. Feel free to mingle, check out art work, and grab a plate of food — and go back for your next pour whenever you’re ready.

Q: If i finish my beer tasting, can i decide to do a flight of wine tasting??

A: YES! Go back to the Green Drinks LB check-in table and purchase another flight for only $20.

Q: When i finish my tasting, will i be able to purchase beverages inside and drink them in the patio?

A: YES! Feel free to stick around and mingle with a plate of food.

Q: Why are the raffle tickets so much? What can we expect to win?

A: Since this is a fundraising event, we will be selling raffle tickets at 1 = $5, 3 = $10, 8 = $20, 20 = $40. Green Long Beach and Green Drinks Long Beach will be putting together some special items together that will be worth the win!
